A New York Supreme Court Judge Rules Vaccine Mandate Invalid

On Oct. 5, a New York Supreme Court judge recently ruled that vaccine mandates were invalid and that police and firefighters who lost their jobs because of their refusal to the injection should be rehired, according to Frontline America physician, Dr. Peterson Pierre.

A spokesperson for the city hall mentioned that more than 1,700 people in the police benevolent association have lost their jobs due to their choice to take no jabs. The mandatory vaccination represents an improper infringement of an individual’s right to make personal medical decisions.

The New York Fire Department will take the same actions to rescind the vaccine mandate after the New York Supreme Court judge’s ruling. They hoped to get back all the firefighters who were dismissed on the ground for not being vaccinated, reemploy those firefighters, and are even pursuing back pay for them.
