The four brutally beaten women were never seen again and their names have been removed from the household registration system. These victims of violence simply vanished in Communist China. The state-run media never followed up on the news.

In 2021, the cremation statistics are rumored to be 5 million more than the number of deaths recorded in the census.

Mobile cremation vehicles started to appear on the streets at the beginning of the Wuhan epidemic. For the past two to three years, the CCP has been producing several new versions of the mobile cremation vehicles to handle the disposal of human remains.
