U.S. First Congressional Hearing on the Origin of CCP Virus

An investigation into the origins of the CCP virus (COVID-19) has once again been initiated by Senator Rand Paul, a key member of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. He will be leading the first congressional hearing on gain-of-function research on August 3rd, according to a recent report. The hearing will examine the research involving gain-of-function which attempts to enhance the transmissibility and lethality of the new CCP virus among humans. Witnesses include the head of the National Institute of Microbiology, the chief executive officer of the relevant medical institution, and Ph.Ds of MIT Laboratory.

Gain-of-function research has historically been funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This study is highly controversial in the medical community and poses a significant threat to public health. The NIH director Fauci, and the federal government will be held responsible for the illegal use of taxpayer funds if it is established that the results of experiments were concealed.
