Treaty Experts Warn: New WHO Pandemic Treaty Overrules U.S. Constitution To Impose Medical Dictatorship

After studying the WHO’s upcoming Pandemic Treaty, treaty expert Dr. Francis Boyle issued a warning that the new WHO treaty essentially overrides the U.S. Constitution and the domestic laws of every country in the world, creating a Communist-China-style medical police tyranny in which sovereign nations, states and individuals themselves have no recognized health freedom right and must be fully reckoned with.

Dr. Boyle is the author of the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 and also an expert in reading and writing treaties. Having just recently published his book entitled “Resisting Medical Tyranny”, Boyle issued his strongest public warning to date in a media interview. He said this new WHO treaty, dubbed “WHO CA+” is designed to unleash a global medical dictatorship that would overrule local doctors, hospitals and clinics, forcing them to follow WHO directives on things like masks, quarantines, social distancing and economic lockdowns.

Dr. Boyle stated that governments are unleashing “Nuremberg-level crimes against civilians” and that this new WHO treaty provides weapons for genocide to lock down, imprison or exterminate their own populations.
