In Response to Taiwan Military Drills, CCP China hold Live-Fire Military Exercise Around Korean Peninsula

CCP China continues its drill around Taiwan Region for the second consecutive day on Saturday. The drills are the largest ever military drills conducted by the PLA in the area. Taiwan said there were at least 20 fighter planes and ships around the waters surrounding the island. Taipei also stated that at least 14 PLA fighter planes had flown over the median line between Taiwan and China. Taiwan government has urged the PLA to stop these “provocative behaviours”.

In the meantime, U.S. State Secretary Anthony Blinken asserted that Biden administration “determines to take responsible action” to avoid the significant global crisis.

Taiwan’s President Tsai Ing-wen stressed, Taiwan would not “instigate conflicts or provoke disputes”, but we would “firmly” defend for national sovereignty. In addition, she said “we are calm, not-impulsive. We are sensible, provocative.”

According to a report, CCP’S missiles flew over the Taiwanese space during the military exercise. The military drills around Taiwan will be expected to conclude on Sunday.

Due to the continuing tense circumstances, Xi Jinping’s regime said that there will be live-fire military drills in the Yellow Sea region between China and Korean Peninsula from Saturday, August the 6th to the 15th.
