UMC Founder to Donate $100 Million to Fight China and Defend Taiwan’s Freedom

According to foreign media reports on August 5th, Robert Tsao, founder and honorary chairman of Taiwan chipmaker United Microelectronics Corp (UMC), pledged at a press conference on Friday to donate $100 million to help Taiwan bolster its national defenses, boost public morale and expose the various threats and destructive activities of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) against Taiwan.

Mr. Tsao said that before and after Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and the former editor-in-chief of the Global Times, Hu Xijin, were murderous, fierce and arrogant to Taiwan. It proves that the morality of compatriot’s blood across the Taiwan Strait is thicker than water, and that the Chinese do not fight the Chinese, does not exist.

Tsao profoundly revealed that the CCP is arrogant and domineering and think that all Taiwanese are greedy for money and afraid of death. But, the CCP is essentially considered hooligans and local ruffians, and the People’s Republic of China is a triad organization that only imitates as a state. A normal civilized country should value human rights, the rule of law, democracy and freedom, but the CCP advocates totalitarianism, deceit, hatred and violence.
