Pelosi States CCP Can’t Stop World Leaders from Visiting Taiwan

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi issued a statement after she led the Congressional delegation visiting Taiwan today. She stated that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) cannot prevent world leaders or anyone from visiting Taiwan, the Central News Agency reported on Aug. 3, 2022.

“While they may prevent Taiwan from sending its leaders to global forums, they cannot prevent world leaders or anyone from traveling to Taiwan to pay respect to its flourishing Democracy, to highlight its many successes and reaffirm our commitment to continued collaboration.”

Pelosi left Taiwan at about 6 pm local time in an executive jet, ending a nearly 19-hour visit in Taiwan and moving on to her next stop in South Korea.

Miles Guo, the founder of the New Federal State of China, in a live broadcast on July 31, revealed that Vice President Kamala Harris, the number two political figure in the U.S., may visit Taiwan after Pelosi’s trip to Taiwan. Miles noted that U.S. aircraft carriers would then base in the Asia-Pacific region and form control of the South China Sea.
