The CCP Military Establishing Military Bases in Populated Areas

Recently, top secret information about 19 Air Forces Command Centers of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) fight against Taiwan was revealed by Miles Guo. The military command posts located in 8 provinces including Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, Hunan and Hubei, have more than one half of the fixed military installations placed in densely populated areas.

There is a precedent for the CCP to use the common people as a shield. As early as November 2nd, 2013, a CCP media reported that 54th Army Group of the CCP’s Jinan Military Region had conducted the exercise of “Queshan-Determination of Victory-2013A.” A division of this army disguised their military vehicles as civilian vehicles. The CCP’s practice of placing ordinary citizens in danger had drawn significant criticism from the international community. After World War I, such a practice was outlawed by international law, but the CCP continues to promote it.

Another illustration is how, before seizing control of the government, the Communist Party forced common people to defend themselves by standing in front of the attacking columns of Kuomintang troops. At present, the CCP has gone even further by directly placing the military installations near densely populated cities and even in the downtown areas. The CCP is attempting to stoke anti-war sentiment in democratic states, in an effort to buy time before being counterattacked by using international public opinion to gather sympathy.
