US House Passed Ukraine Military Lend-Lease Act

According to RBC Ukraine’s report on April 28th, the United States House of Representatives reviewed and approved the Ukraine Lend-Lease Act on April 27th, with a record vote of 9 to 4. The House of Representatives then gave the bill full passage with a 417-10 vote on April 28th.
On April 6th, the United States Senate unanimously passed the Ukraine Lend-Lease Act. According to the procedure, after getting approved by the House of Representatives, it will be sent to President Joe Biden for signature.
The bill’s full name is the “Ukraine Democracy Defense Lend-Lease Act.” It expedites the transfer of critical military equipment and other critical supplies to Ukraine by reducing bureaucratic obstacles. It also allows for the gift of equipment and stipulates that the recipient country will repay the U.S. at a later date.
