Ukraine Announced Over 120,000 Russian Soldiers Killed

According to foreign media reports on January 21, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has entered its 322nd day, and the two sides have continued to fight fiercely in Udon Donetsk, Donbas. The Ukrainian army announced on Saturday that in the past 24 hours as of 9:00 a.m. that day, it had wiped out 804 Russian soldiers. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces issued an official Facebook post stating that from the Russian invasion on February 24 last year to 9 am on January 21, 2023, the total combat losses of Russian forces is about 120,160 people, and the Ukrainian army destroyed 3,140 Russian tanks, 6,256 armored combat vehicles, 2,125 artillery systems, 443 multiple-launch rocket systems, 220 air defense systems, 287 military aircraft, 277 helicopters, 4,918 vehicles and tankers, 17 ships/boats, 1,891 operational -tactical UAVs, 193 special equipment and 723 cruise missiles. According to the Kyiv Independent report, Ukrainian presidential adviser Podolyak said on Twitter that the Russian mercenary organization “Wagner Group” recruited 38,244 prisoners to the Ukrainian-Russian battlefield, but as of January 1, 2023, there were over 77% of them in a total of 29.543% have been killed, injured, missing, and captured.
