Countries Around The World Issue Entry Restrictions On CCP Virus For Travelers From China

On December 31, according to incomplete statistics, several countries issued travel restrictions for travelers from China. The Australian government announced that since January 5, travelers from China must be tested for the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) virus within 48 hours prior to departure. Passengers will be required to show proof of a negative test before boarding.

The Public Health Agency of Canada announced that starting January 5, all passengers aged two years and older on flights departing from China, Hong Kong, and Macau will be required to provide a negative PCR test result against the CCP virus to the airlines within 48 hours prior to departure before boarding. The UK government has announced that from January 5, all passengers who need to enter the UK from China will be required to submit a negative test for CCP virus no more than 48 hours prior to departure. Morocco announced that from January 3, 2023, all persons from China, regardless of their nationality, will not be allowed to enter the country.

In addition to the above-mentioned countries, France, Spain, South Korea, the United States, Japan, India, Italy, Malaysia, and other countries have made travel restrictions for travelers from China due to the CCP virus outbreak.
