U.S. Justice Department Compromised By The CCP As A Part Of Unrestricted Warfare

In the Gettr grand live broadcast on November 23rd, Miles Guo made it clear that he has endured judicial injustice for many years. From the law firm Miles first encounter in the U.S., to the New York Southern District Court, and finally the Justice Department, he claimed that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s bribery, compromised individuals, and closed-door deals have long been interfering with the U.S. entire judicial system, and the PAG sue Miles is a climax of the corruption.

Cases with no footing were registered in court, cases registered disregarding territorial principal, abolishment of jury trial, arbitrarily replacing a trustee with someone having significant conflicts of interest, to name a few, are judicial injustice and procedural injustice Miles experienced in the past few years.

In the past five years of Whistleblower Movement, the CCP has filed 74 cases against Miles, all of which only tend to ruin the reputation of Whistleblowers Movement and gradually disintegrate the Movement. The compromised individuals in the Justice Department acted as accomplices of the CCP, to hurt the Movement and followers. However, as the CCP collapses from within, the U.S. will eventually find out the truth, and those who tread on U.S. laws will be brought to justice.
