U.S. Extends CCP Virus Vaccine Requirements for Non-Citizen Entry Until Jan 2023.

In the U.S. the current border entry requirement for non-U.S. citizens and non-immigrants to show proof of the CCP virus vaccination was set to expire on November 8, 2022, but was just renewed by the Transportation Security Administration( TSA) on Nov 4, to extend to January 8, 2023.

This makes the U.S. the only one remaining Western country, and one of the 10 remaining countries in the world to uphold such a mandate, which are Communist China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Bangladesh, Iran, Burundi, Congo, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania, Venezuela.

Under the terms of the extended border restrictions, airline operators must ensure that passengers, before boarding, show paper or digital proof of having taken CCP virus vaccinations or provide documents detailing an exemption from such requirements.

While the restrictions apply to “noncitizen nonimmigrants,” they do not apply to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
