Regarding the fourth round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, Miles Guo analyzed in his live broadcast on March 30, that the Russia-Ukraine war has lasted for more than a month now, and the world has formed two major alliances: the Eastern Alliance led by China, formed by dictatorial countries such as Belarus, Iran, and North Korea, and the Western Alliance jointly formed by democratic countries such as the United States, Europe, and Japan.
Miles said that as Russia’s guarantee, the Eastern Alliance has clarified that if Ukraine does not implement the conditions of the peace talks, it will work with Russia to confront the Western Alliance. The Western Alliance backs Ukraine and oversees Russia’s enforcement of negotiated terms against the Eastern Alliance.
