14 CCP Firms Added to “Red Flag List” in the US Department of Commerce

It is reported that on March 23rd, the US Department of Commerce added 14 CCP companies to the “red flag list”, forcing US exporters to conduct due diligence before shipping goods to the listed entities. These companies are required to confirm the final use of their imports within 60 days, or it would trigger much tougher penalties.
