Miles Guo: Who is Behind the DOJ

Miles Guo posted a Gettr on July 11th, saying that all the investigations and threats against himself and against fellow fighters from 2017 to today have come from the Department of Justice (DOJ). People who is behind the manipulation of the DOJ that creates trouble has not been exposed yet.

Miles Guo has revealed that the black hand of repatriating him has been making deals under the table with the DOJ since the beginning. They have been manipulating the judicial system and trying to spend billions of dollars to deport Miles Guo. As of now, they are still hiding and subverting U.S. legal justice. From the cases he has experienced, Miles Guo has marked three legal precedents history in the United States.

Firstly, jury was not allowed in the summary judgment for Miles Guo at the Southern District Court of New York.

Secondly, Miles Guo, who had never been to court and had never said a single word in court, was fined for contempt of court.

Thirdly, the U.S. top 10 law firm Paul Hastings has been assigned to Miles Guo. As one of the thousand lawyers in the law firm, Jia Yan is not only a member of the Chinese Communist Party, but also a protege of Wang Huning, a member of the CCP’s Politburo Standing Committee.

Miles Guo has stated that he is the number one enemy of the Chinese Communist Party, that the CCP has been conducting a campaign to deport him since 2017. It is highly doubtful that the investigation led by the DOJ from beginning to the end will be fair.

Miles Guo pointed out that all of these show that the CCP has initiated its plan, saying that the fear and action of the CCP are evidences. However, the U.S. will not allow the CCP to do whatever it wants in U.S. through its collusion of the interests with Paul Hastings. Miles Guo announced that he has launched a series of legal counterclaim and motion to let the U.S. know what is going on and who is behind the DOJ.
