Former Secretary of CCP’s Political and Legal Affairs Committee Indicted

On July 11th, Fu Zhenghua, the former secretary of the CCP Political and Legal Committee, was examined and prosecuted by the Changchun People’s Procuratorate in Jilin for allegedly accepting bribes and bending the law for personal gain.

Among the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) figures that Miles Guo exposed, Fu Zhenghua appears quite frequently. As a key member of the Communist Party’s Political and Legal Committee, Fu was a major saboteur of China’s political and legal system, and it was the political and legal sector itself that suffered the most.

As a so-called benefactor of Xi Jinping, Fu has helped Xi persecute numerous officials in the CPPCC and public security system before and after the 18th, National Congress. There was a recording of Fu Zhenghua and Miles Guo in which Fu implied that all actions against Miles Guo were personally instructed by Xi Jinping. Miles Guo later revealed that the recording was not of Fu, but was manipulated by Fu’s driver, who then disappeared. He mentioned Fu’s implication that some of the ‘persecution of Miles Guo’ was not directed by Xi Jinping. In October 2021, when Fu was arrested, the domestic political and legal committee system applauded the fact that Xi Jinping had finally heard what Miles Guo had told him and started to purge his own political interests.

A few days before Fu Zhenghua was indicted. The case of Sun Lijun went to court, where Sun confessed to the crime and the court chose a date for sentencing.
