Russia opened Vladivostok port to China, Illicit CCP-supported shipments of chips via HK to Russia

Russia’s technology imports are recovering, thanks to the help of China. According to a report from the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace on 17 May 2023, a key element is Beijing-supported shipments through Hong Kong to Russia illicitly.

Under the CCP’s control, Hong Kong is acting like a transshipment hub for diverting Western-made microelectronic components to companies affiliated with the Russian military. Therefore, foreign-made technology would continuously indirectly supply to Russia’s war machines. The report also pointed out that about 90% of global chips from China and Hong Kong were exported to Russia in the period between March and December 2022. The CCP was funnelling over $500 million worth of microelectronic components into Russia’s military factories in 2022. Recently, Russia reopened the largest port, Vladivostok port, to China, after 163 years. Vladivostok, known as Haishenwai was part of China. In 1860, the Qing Dynasty was forced to unclaim sovereignty of that land, but the land was claimed by Russia. However, on 16 July 2001, the CCP and Russia signed the “Sino-Russian Treaty of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation” in the Moscow Kremlin, confirming that the CCP conceded to renounce its claim to sovereignty over leadership land with Russia. Today, Vladivostok port is the home port of the Russian Pacific Fleet. By opening the port, the northeastern part of China will gain access to the sea, and the transport time will be significantly reduced. China and Russia have been getting even closer since Russia invaded Ukraine. But, the Group of Seven (G7) urged China to press Russia to end the war in Ukraine, reported on 20 May 2023 by AP News. It seems China would hardly follow. The G7 is also seeking to prevent China’s rise as a global power. Rep. Mike Gallagher urged that Beijing’s goal was to render the western countries subordinate, humiliated and irrelevant on the world stage and make the CCP the dominant global power, reported on 20 May 2023 in The Guardian. He suggested the US should pursue a policy of “constrainment”, which “we’re not going to totally decouple, but we want to constrain the CCP’s worst behaviour”. He said the world is “in the window of maximum danger” . Miles Guo, the CCP’s No.1 enemy, had warned the world a few years ago, the CCP’s objective was to destroy America, they executed 3F and Blue Gold Yellow Plan to weaken America.

Miles Guo is the victim of the CCP’s infiltration of the DOJ and FBI , he is being detained without bail since 15 March, now the Congress must step in to investigate his prosecution to find out the black hands behind them.
