The CCP’s Infiltration by Social Media App Awakened the West

A bipartisan coalition in U.S. Senate has proposed new legislation that would empower the Biden administration to block the flow of U.S. personal data to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and other countries that pose a national security risk to U.S.

The bill was introduced on Thursday (June 23rd) by Democratic Finance Committee Chairman Wyden and Republican Senate Intelligence Committee Vice Chairman Rubio, and it is designed to ensure that sensitive personal information of Americans is not sold or transferred to high-risk countries overseas, report has it.

The CCP manipulates social media apps to penetrate the security of many countries overseas for many years, such as TikTok and WeChat. A new research report that due to Beijing imposed “Hong Kong National Security Law”, the overseas WeChat data stored on Hong Kong servers may be subject to the same monitoring by the CCP as the WeChat data inside Communist China.

According to a professional research report on WeChat application analysis published by the Australian cybersecurity and intelligence company Internet 2.0 on June 20th, it was found that a large amount of overseas WeChat data, including overseas WeChat Pay, GPS and device information, all enter the WeChat is in a server set up in Hong Kong.

Miles Guo has repeatedly pointed out that these apps are fundamentally the CCP’s weapon for overseas infiltration, and they have been monitoring everyone around the world. The investigation report issued by Australia, a Five Eyes Alliance member, is enough evidence.
