Xi Signed “Guideline for Military Operations in Peaceful Times”, accelerating the CCP’s demise

On June 13, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s official media announced that Xi Jinping signed an order to promote the Army’s Guideline of Military Operations in Peaceful Times, which will be implemented as of June 15, 2022.

Under the guise of preventing and tackling risks, responding to emergencies, protecting people’s security, and maintaining world and regional security, the Guideline attempts to formally legitimize the CCP military’s overseas operations, as well as its internal repression of people and intimidation of political opponents.

According to analysis, Xi’s signing the Guideline is the latest move implemented due to the unfavorable outcome of the war between Russia and Ukraine, fear of sanctions imposed by Western democracies, and socio-political unrest caused by an imminent natural disaster in the country.

In his June 12 broadcast, Miles Guo pointed out that, judging from information within the CCP, the 20th National Congress is a brutal and decisive battle in the CCP’s internal political struggle.
Xi wants to glorify the war, suppress the people and clamp down on his opponents, all of which will only hasten the CCP’s demise.
