400,000 depositors of the Henan Village Bank given a red Health Code

On June 13th, several posts on GETTR and Twitter show that around 400,000 account holders of the local village banks in Henan province, China, had been given a red Health Code to restrict their freedom for trying to defend their legal rights by the local epidemic prevention and control authorities.

It is understood that several village banks in Henan province have gone on the blink, leaving millions of clients unable to make withdrawals with nearly 40 billion RMB in total deposits. Local people have taken to the streets to defend their rights demanding their deposits from the banks.

Recently a number of netizens have reported that the authorities have taken advantage of the so-called “stability maintenance” policy to confine the depositors in their hotels and homes, and have given them a red Health Code status to restrict their travel.

A large number of depositors who were defending their rights found that the Health Code had changed from “green” of their original departure point to “red” once they entered the territory of  Henan province when they scanned their health kits.  Even more hysterical is that some depositors who were still travelling on the high-speed railway had their trains stopped due to the red code.

The Chinese authorities have gone to the extent of marking around over 400,000 people with red Health Code overnight to prevent them from claiming their money. This shows that the so-called “zero-COVID policy” and “nucleic acid testing” are just tools and means used by the Chinese Communist Party to control and enslave the Chinese people
