Communist China Threatens to Give Japan a Lesson

According to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) media report on June 8th, it mentioned that the Japanese government recently tried to build closer ties with Taiwan by having a current official from the Japan Ministry of Defense on the island for the first time starting this summer.

The report added that Japan is doing something that threatens Communist China’s core interests and CCP will not do nothing. Meanwhile, it also reminded Japan of what taking this step means, and Taiwan issue is an internal matter for China. If an outsider tries to interfere, it will give them a lesson.

For its part, Beijing considered Taiwan a province of China and vowed to reunite it with the mainland in recent months, in addition, Beijing has increased its military presence near Taiwan and the Senkaku Islands. On the other hand, Japan Minister of Defense Nobuo Kishi has said peace and stability in Taiwan are vital, not only to the region but to the entire international community. Therefore, if something happens to Taiwan, Japan will have to take the necessary response to such situation.
