CCP Discharge Flood Without Warning During Guangxi Heavy Rainfall

It is said that on June 5th, the city of Liuzhou in Guangxi was hit by the greatest flood so far this year. In addition, the city of Guigang in Guangxi was also in danger of disaster. Residents in both areas said that the CCP government did not give any warning before releasing the floods from the upstream reservoirs.
