U.S. Justice Department Indicts Communist China Secret Police in U.S.

According to media reports, the U.S. Department of Justice announced on June 16 that federal prosecutors in Brooklyn, New York, have filed charges against five secret police officers who assisted Communist China. They assisted Communist China by secretly spying on, harassing, smearing and defaming pro-democracy Chinese dissidents living in the United States.

One of the victims in this case was Yan Xiong, a former student leader of the June 4 Tiananmen Incident, who came to the United States as a political refugee and subsequently served in the U.S. Army and became a naturalized U.S. citizen. Lin Qiming, who works for Communist China’s Ministry of State Security, is alleged to have hired private investigators since last September to try to disrupt and prevent Yan Xiong’s election. The investigator was even asked to “make something happen” if he did not have derogatory information about Yan Xiong.

Another person accused of acting as an agent of the Chinese government is Shujun Wang, 73, whose victims are known to include Hong Kong democracy activists, Taiwan independence advocates, and Uighur and Tibetan activists in the United States and abroad.

Such transnational persecution threatens the rule of law itself, said Matthew G. Olsen, assistant attorney general for the U.S. Department of National Security. Alan E. Kohler Jr. of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said that the Communist China Ministry of State Security has violated the fundamental sovereignty of the United States and threatened national security by carrying out persecution operations that restrict freedom of expression, attack dissidents, and preserve the authoritarian power of the Chinese Communist Party.

This alleged case is a stark warning to CCP that their persecution of Chinese dissidents in the United States will not be tolerated.

GNews and GTV, the current media outlets that dare to speak the truth and directly attack CCP and the dark forces behind them, have also been infiltrated by CCP’s secret police, using underhanded tactics to combat and discredit them, triggering a series of investigations by the US SEC regulators into the legality of GTV’s investments, which have concluded that GTV has not committed any illegal acts.

CCP’s use of false information to try to destroy GTV GNEWS only underscores the importance and invalidity of the whistleblower movement.
