Food is Used to Fulfill Down Payment in Property Transactions in Communist China

Affected by the Russian-Ukrainian war, the world has been walking into a food crisis, and countries are adjusting their economic policies to ensure food security. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), however, is in an attempt to save its dying real estate economy.

On June 20th, in a small county in Henan Province of Communist China, there were promotional activities launched by real estate companies that wheat and garlic can be used as a down payment in property transactions.

A sales staff Li Ping (pseudonym) said that the activities would be held between June 20th and July 10th, when property buyers to sell wheat at a higher price than the market price to designated buyers, and the money can be offset against the down payment. Wheat is accepted regardless of volume, but the maximum amount deductible for down payment allowed is 160,000 yuan.

As a typical agricultural province in Communist China with a large population, Henan adopts a policy of using food to fulfill the down payment in property transactions, which is obvious proof of the CCP’s economic and food problems. The CCP has predicted that there will be major natural disasters this year, and still, it pushes to exchange the worthless real estate properties, which are about to collapse, for food that people rely on for survival and the era of the Great Famine will come again.

People in Communist China should not fantasize and speculate because the upcoming global food crisis will leave no one alone, they should protect their own food to survive. Don’t be deceived by the CCP that is going to be eliminated in 2023.
