On July 29th, Miles Guo’s legal team filed three motions in which they refuted Paul Hasting’s serious violations of professional ethics and contempt of court.

 According to the three court filings, the Chinese Communist Party attacked and persecuted Mr. Guo and deeply infiltrated the U.S. judicial system. 

 Through PAX and other CCP-controlled individuals and companies, the CCP prosecuted Mr. Guo in 74 lawsuit cases for alleged rape, money laundering, and other fabricated charges. A one-country power was used to suppress and persecute Mr. Guo by the Party. 

 In response, Mr. Guo used himself as bait to expose that the CCP has been abusing the U.S. judicial rules. He reveals the breach of the opponents based on “the truth not to break”. The opponents had to debate a major breach. Mr. Guo sharply points out:

 1. There is no doubt that Paul Hasting Law Firms has a major interest in PAX. How could it be possible for them not to know that the parent company of PAX was PAG, which is their main source of revenue? By virtue of this alone, Paul Hasting has committed a serious ethical violation.

 2, The Paul Hasting legal team blatantly lied in front of the judge, committing contempt of court.

 3, The U.S. Trustee’s Office has arbitrarily changed court-appointed trustees in violation of normal legal process. Those behind the scenes play must be investigated and openly explained. 

 4, Paul Hasting must prove within five days that the firm has no interest in the Chinese Communist Party and that it has no conflict of interest with the CCP Terminator: Mr. Wen Gui Guo. 

 5, Paul Hasting must prove that it has no interest in UBS, for which Mr. Guo has filed a lawsuit case and is seeking $500 million in compensation.

 The various motions in this case will continue to be issued, and the judicial battle will continue. The significance of this lawsuit case is to expose the Chinese Communist Party’s infiltration and buyout of the U.S. judiciary to the world and under the sunlight. 

 Over the past five years, Mr. Guo’s 74 lawsuit cases have demonstrated how the Chinese Communist Party has systematically infiltrated and weakened the western judicial system. CCP, however, cannot buy out the whole world. Eventually, Mr. Guo and the New Federal State of China will win the case. A new stage has been reached in the judicial battle of “destroying the CCP by law!”
