According to Vienna Declaration, the nuclear threat “further emphasizes the great dangers posed by the existence of nuclear weapons.”
The statement expressed serious concern of total 13,000 pieces nuclear weapons that 9 countries including the United Kingdom, Communist China, France, India, Israel, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia and the United States owned. It insisted that “under no circumstance nuclear-armed states should use or threaten to use nuclear weapons.”
Quick review: After the “mountain retreat,” Miles Guo revealed in yesterday’s live broadcast, the guardians of the Western values have told Putin not to use nuclear weapons against United Kingdom, with the protection arrangement have been made for his assets and families.
