It is the “Whistleblower Movement” that has brought us together. In order to realize the rule of law, democracy, and freedom in the New Federal State of China (the NFSC), we have established the Himalaya Supervisory Organization.

During the past 3 years, the Whistleblower Movement led by Mr. Miles Guo and Mr. Stephen K. Bannon has exposed the illegitimacy and true evil nature of the Chinese Communist Party (the CCP) and its deceptions. The Himalaya Supervisory Organization is a voluntary non-governmental organization with no political affiliation of any kind; it is cooperating with the international community to defend people’s freedom and secure their wealth.

The New Federal State of China (NFSC)

The New Federal State of China (NFSC), founded on June 4, 2020, carries the mission declared in its founding manifesto: to end the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and restore freedom, democracy, and rule of law to the Chinese people. For years, NFSC has exposed the CCP's crimes — from the 3F, BGY, and 13579 Plans to the release of the CCP-Virus — alerting the world to its lies, infiltration, and global threats. Standing with truth and justice, NFSC continues to awaken humanity and unite freedom-loving nations to eliminate the evil CCP.

Our Mission to Take Down the CCP

The Chinese Communist Party is a terrorist organization funded by the Communist International which has subverted the legitimate Chinese government in the past. Totalitarian rule in China has developed into horrific atrocities against humanity; eliminating the CCP is a necessity to break the shackles of slavery on the Chinese people and to truly realise world peace. A New Federal State of China without the CCP is a necessity for all the people and for the prosperity of the world.

The Vision of the NFSC

Drawing on Western rule-of-law systems and the relevant international law, and under the joint supervision of international institutions and the Himalaya Oversight Institution, draw up a Constitution, establish a separation-of-powers system, and form a new government through one person, one vote. Election and impeachment coexist and operate efficiently, avoiding enormous social upheaval and the disaster of rule by men.

The Founding of the NFSC

In 2020 the pandemic swept the world, bringing an unprecedented public health and economic crisis. In the early days the CCP deliberately concealed the truth, let the virus rage across China, and — under its "13579 Plan" and with the cover of the World Health Organization (WHO) — weaponised the virus and deliberately spread it overseas. Within months it had engulfed the globe, killing millions of innocent people and plunging the world economy into recession.

During the pandemic New York, a global centre of finance and culture, was locked down and became one of the worst-hit places on earth. It was against this backdrop that Mr. Miles Guo, the founder of the Whistleblower Movement, together with countless fellow fighters and Steve Bannon, former Chief Strategist of the White House, proclaimed the founding of the New Federal State of China (NFSC) before the Statue of Liberty in New York Harbor.

The birth of the NFSC symbolises the free and law-abiding forces of the world rallying behind one flag, determined to unite people of justice everywhere, expose the CCP's atrocities, overthrow its totalitarian rule, and rebuild for the Chinese people a new country of freedom, rule of law and dignity.
