Zelensky Cleared Two Senior Spies

According to relevant media reports on the night of March 31, Ukrainian President Zelensky announced the removal of two senior spies. They are Naumov Andriy Olehovych, the chief of the main department of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), and Kryvoruchko Serhiy Oleksandrovych, the head of the SBU in Kherson.

In his subsequent speech, Zelensky pointed out that these senior officers not only betrayed their motherland, but also violated their military oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people in defending their country, freedom and independence. Therefore, their senior military titles inevitably must be deprived. What’s more, Zelensky denounced them as traitors and antiheroes and stressed that: ‘All traitors will be punished’.

Zelensky also said that since the beginning of Russian-Ukrainian war, Ukrainian troops and people have been committed to uniting and resisting the invasion of Russia, but the elimination of domestic betrayal forces is now also a top priority of the government.
